Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs, layouts, dielines, and technical drawings based on customer requirements
• Develop packaging concepts for cartons, boxes, labels, plastic packaging, PE foam, corrugated materials, and other packaging products
• Convert customer requirements into practical and production-ready designs
• Recommend appropriate materials, dimensions, structure, and packaging specifications
• Prepare prototypes, mock-ups, and samples when required
• Coordinate with Sales and customers regarding design requirements, specifications, and revisions
• Review customer drawings, samples, and technical specifications
• Ensure designs are compatible with available machines, materials, and production processes
• Maintain organized records of drawings, artwork, specifications, revisions, and approved samples
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging design, material utilization, production efficiency, and cost

About the role

To develop functional, cost-effective, and visually appropriate packaging designs based on customer requirements, product specifications, and manufacturing capabilities. The Packaging Designer ensures that approved designs are accurate, production-ready, and meet customer and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create packaging designs, layouts, dielines, and technical drawings based on customer requirements

• Develop packaging concepts for cartons, boxes, labels, plastic packaging, PE foam, corrugated materials, and other packaging products
