Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an Artwork Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple packaging artwork initiatives from design through print production for a major CPG client.

The role requires strong project management experience, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Design, regulatory and supply chains, and a track record in artwork development and production within a similar industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Set agenda and clearly define cross-functional responsibilities from start to finish.
• Facilitate regular communication to align objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using PM tools and spreadsheets.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigations.
• Compile regular artwork project reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage feedback loops to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
• Mentor/coach associate artwork project managers and coordinators.
