Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking an Artwork Project Manager to oversee packaging artwork from design through print production for a leading CPG client.

The role requires 5+ years in artwork management, strong cross-functional leadership across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design, and operations, and proficiency with PM tools. You will mentor juniors, manage risks, and optimize artwork workflows to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
• Familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial; basic involvement is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
• Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
• Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets; track milestones and deviations.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions for senior managers.
• Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
• Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
