Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Artwork Project Manager in Manila to lead packaging artwork projects from concept through print production. You will coordinate with marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams, plus external agencies, to ensure timely delivery and quality of artwork development.

The role requires 5+ years in artwork management within a CPG/FMCG setting, strong organizational skills, and experience with PM tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of artwork management, packaging, or project management in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across marketing, R&D, sourcing, design and operations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite to facilitate communication with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies, printers, suppliers.
• Set agendas and clearly define cross-functional responsibilities from start to finish.
• Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using PM tools and spreadsheets.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation solutions for artwork development.
