Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking an Artwork Project Coordinator to manage multiple packaging artwork projects for a leading CPG client. The role requires 5–6 years in project management and a strong background in artwork development from design to print production, based in Pasay or McKinley, Philippines.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a CPG environment.
  • At least 3 years experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management in FMCG/Packaging Graphics/Artwork/Design.
  • Must have Creative designing and Printing solutions experience.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay, PH or Mckinley, PH.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Assist senior team members by facilitating meetings, coordinating between cross-functional teams and documentation support.
  • Monitor progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays for on-time pack design delivery and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks.
  • Assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned and recommend improvements.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Compile regular artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.

Role Overview:

The Artwork Project Coordinator will manage multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 5-6 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
