Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking an Artwork Project Coordinator to support strategic and complex projects, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction across service products. The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing/advertising/communications, 3+ years in project management with leadership, strong MS Office skills, MSP experience, and familiarity with CPG/FMCG product and packaging processes.

You’ll help professionalize Capgemini on new technologies and contribute to innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with leadership experience.
• Strong MSO skills (excel, PPT, word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Demonstrated track record of managing projects to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge in CPG or FMCG, product and packaging innovation or new product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead simple projects including planning and budget management.
• Contribute to the professionalization of Capgemini on new technologies (awareness, tools, methods).
• Contribute to innovation projects, either internally or for customer delivery.
