Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a qualified candidate for Portfolio Management Operations to support trading, NAV and P&L processes in a high‑volume environment. You will analyze P&L swings, reconcile NAVs, and manage FX exposure while coordinating with traders and onboarding teams.

The role requires a solid foundation in capital markets, fund accounting, and financial products, with strong Excel/SQL skills and a teamwork mindset to meet SLA targets in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Capital Markets, NAV and P&L, and fund accounting principles.
• Knowledge of financial products including equities, futures, swaps, options, FX, OTC derivatives and fixed income.
• Strong Excel, SQL or VBA skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver quality outputs.
• Multitasking and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player aware of SLA/metrics.
• Willing to work mid-shift and rotate shifts as needed.
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L swings from market movements and validate with systems like Bloomberg/Markit.
• Review Front Office vs Back Office NAV reconciliation and note differences beyond thresholds.
• Manage foreign currency exposure and generate trading instructions for brokers.
• Support Trading onboarding and production activities within OPS.
