Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, macros).
• Experience in operational data reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized; able to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Dependable with the ability to handle confidential business information.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, client service, or data analysis (preferred).
• Previous experience in financial services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes, automation initiatives, and training efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures.
• Monitor for issues and risks; escalate inconsistencies; partner with leadership on resolution.
• Manage internal/external requests and update the platform accordingly.
• Evaluate, design, and enhance macros, queries, dashboards, and automation logic.
• Contribute to platform enhancements and ad hoc projects as assigned.
