Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking a Fund Reporting Analyst to review hedge fund and private equity NAV files, aggregate large data sets, and ensure reporting accuracy. You will work closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal teams to deliver timely reports.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience with hedge funds or private equity, plus advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or Financial Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably with hedge fund and/or private equity industry experience.
• Experience working with large sets of data.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files prepared by a third party administrator.
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data including investor positions and transactions.
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting.
• Work closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal Customer Departments.
• Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit.
• Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures.
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports.
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.
