Job summary

Fairmont Makati in Manila seeks a hands-on In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead the IRD team, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee service standards, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and enforce safety, sanitation, and policies across outlets; prior luxury-hotel experience and leadership skills required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
• Service-oriented with strong leadership and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, Micros and MS Office.
