Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Manila is seeking an In-Room Dining Assistant Manager to join our luxury hotel team in Manila. You will support the In-Room Dining Manager in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and help deliver Legendary Quality Experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in In-Room Dining or F&B within luxury hotels, and demonstrate strong leadership, English fluency, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years’ supervision experience in In‑Room Dining or F&B in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily In-Room Dining operations and service delivery to guests.
• Assist in developing staff schedules and ensure punctual attendance and grooming standards.
• Support budgeting, cost control and revenue generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, Purchasing, Stewarding and Beverage teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and fire regulations.
• Support performance management, including coaching and appraisals, and staff development.
