Job summary

Fairmont Makati seeks a hospitality professional to lead and supervise the restaurant team in a luxury hotel setting in Manila.

You will handle guest concerns with a professional, friendly approach and ensure outlet policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Experience in luxury hotel operations and familiarity with Micros and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Service-oriented with strong guest service skills and leadership abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems (Micros) and MS Office.
