The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee the Food & Beverage service, ensure adherence to Forbes Travel Guide standards, and maintain impeccable guest experience. The role ensures staff performance, proper food and beverage presentation, and daily operations discipline.

Responsibilities include training, inspections, briefings, and coordination with chefs for promotions, with a focus on upholding service quality and safety

Formación

• Proficient and familiar with Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
• Familiar with Microsoft software applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Manager to run the operation and provide efficient, expedient and courteous service to all guests.
• Assist the manager in training and audit service standards according to Forbes Travel Guide and hotel’s service quality protocols.
• Supervise staff to ensure all phases of Food & Beverage service are performed.
• Ensure drinks and food dishes meet menu and wine list specifications and are served at proper temperatures.
• Check daily restaurant preparation, mise-en-place, table cleanliness, crockery and glassware availability, and staff appearance.
• Hold daily briefings with staff to review occupancy, reservations, complaints and issues.
• Conduct staff appraisals and discipline as needed.
• Inspect outlet cleanliness, equipment, fixtures, and table setups to standard.
• Monitor guest service and attend to guests as needed.
• Anticipate guest complaints and take corrective action.
• Ensure operating supplies and equipment are adequate and anticipate additional needs.
• Coordinate with Chef and beverage department for promotions and upselling.
