Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the F&B outlet team to meet deadlines, goals and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction and outlet reputation.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations and continuous development.
• Oversee staff training and development to boost productivity and service quality.
• Monitor KPI targets including Beverage Cost, Hygiene audits, and revenue promotions.
