Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor in Metro Manila to plan, coordinate, and supervise all outbound activities including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping. You will lead the team, monitor KPIs, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in warehouse operations with 1 year in supervision. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience and 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanning devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong supervisory, coaching, and team development abilities
• Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics
• Experience monitoring and improving KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, on-time shipments, and customer service levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments, transportation providers, and customers
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order fulfillment including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping
• Ensure orders are dispatched within established timelines
• Monitor accuracy of picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ensure outbound shipments comply with customer requirements and company standards
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues
• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse associates and team leaders
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and develop opportunities
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and workforce allocation
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and other departments to maintain stock levels
• Monitor inventory movements related to order fulfillment and shipping
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices such as FIFO and FEFO
• Track and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time delivery
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and PPE usage
• Conduct safety briefings and incident investigations
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics providers, and customers
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
• Ensure 5S compliance in staging and dispatch areas
• Generate reports on outbound performance and issues
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• Participate in projects on warehouse optimization and excellence
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management
