Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily outbound tasks, optimize processes, and ensure safety and 6S standards on the floor. Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of daily outbound tasks including picking, sorting, order checking and shipping.
• Develop production schedules and coordinate workgroups to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
• KPI Management: Define performance targets for various roles and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine SOPs for all production stages. Drive innovation within operational workflows to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure the safety of inventory, equipment, and personnel at all times.
• Team Development & Training: Mentor team leaders and associates through ongoing training to improve job proficiency and ensure strict adherence to company policies.
• On-site Management: Monitor real-time floor operations to maintain 6S standards, ensuring an organized and standardized work environment.
• Cost Control: Optimize duty rosters and workforce scheduling to minimize labor costs and reduce waste of operational supplies.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other assignments and projects as delegated by management.
