Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse ops with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation coordination.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and RF scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound warehouse activities, including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched within required timelines.
• Monitor order picking, packing, and shipping accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure outbound shipments comply with customer requirements and standards.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and delivery-related issues.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse associates and team leaders.
• Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation, and daily work assignments.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching for warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and other departments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory movements associated with order fulfillment and shipping activities.
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO).
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, fill rate, productivity, throughput, and on-time shipment.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
