Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor in Metro Manila to plan, coordinate, and supervise all outbound activities including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in warehouse operations with 1 year in supervision. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience and 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanning devices

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order fulfillment including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping
• Ensure orders are dispatched within established timelines
• Monitor accuracy of picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ensure outbound shipments comply with customer requirements and company standards
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues
• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse associates and team leaders
