• Oversee, lead, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities of warehouse operations.
• Assign workloads of subordinates and monitor progress.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and lead distribution activities.
• Track and coordinate loading, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain document keeping and retrieval as needed.
• Monitor operation costs and ensure timely reports.
• Ensure compliance with daily updates of outbound activity.
• Ensure accurate and timely uploads of KPIs.

• 3. Coordinate interfacing activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• 4. Manages and leads distribution activities.
• 5. Tracking and coordinating the loading, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• 6. Responsible for document keeping and retrieval as needed.
• 7. Monitoring Operation Costs and ensuring on-time deliverable reports.
• 8. Compliance with daily updates of Outbound Activity.
• 9. Tracking and coordinating the loading, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• 10. Ensure KPI's uploads are accurate and timely.
