IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Reference Data Specialist in Metro Manila. The role focuses on researching information from third parties to augment IQVIA reference data and coordinating with internal teams to correct and update entries.

You will validate data from sources, identify required changes, and maintain IQVIA reference files and databases. Strong internet research, communication, and analytical skills are essential, with preference for

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or an undergrad with at least 2 years of coursework.
• Strong written and oral communication with a customer-service focus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Excellent internet research skills.
• Sharp analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent telephone skills and professionalism.
• BPO background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research using internet and other sources to augment IQVIA reference data.
• Coordinate with other departments to update or correct data in reference files.
• Receive inputs from IQVIA processes for reference data updates.
• Validate information from third-party sources and recommend updates.
• Identify needed changes to existing reference files.
• Update reference files and databases accordingly.
• Produce outputs for production and quality control as required.
• Respond to reference data queries and escalate when needed.

Essential Functions

• Perform research (e.g. internet search, phone calls, source books, etc.) to gather information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of IQVIA reference data.
• Solicits information from other IQVIA departments to identify when and how to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to make the reference files more complete.
• Receive input to the reference process from other IQVIA production processes.
• Validates that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data and recommends changes, additions, or deletions in IQVIA’ existing reference data.
• Identifies required changes to the existing reference file.
• Updates IQVIA reference file(s) and databases.
• Produces files and outputs for specified production and quality control processes, client support activities, etc.
• Respond to queries on reference data (as required), referring difficult queries to team leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course / Undergrad with at least 2-year course in any field.
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills with a customer service focused approach
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent internet research skills
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone skills and telephone professionalism
• Preferably with BPO background.
