Anglo Watsons Glass, iNC. is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day loading, SAP transactions, and stock management. You will coordinate with production and delivery teams, supervise forklift operators and warehouse staff, and ensure inventory accuracy and clean warehouse conditions.

A background in GWP is preferred. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in any field and 2–3 years in logistics/warehousing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any course is required.
2–3 years of experience in logistics and warehousing operations.
Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
Understanding of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day loading of finished goods for deliveries.
Transact day-to-day deliveries through SAP system.
Input produced finished goods from production and recoveries from sorting in SAP.
Advise warehouse checker on scheduled customer delivery requirements.
Oversee forklift operators and warehouse checkers in daily duties.
Inspect warehouse conditions; ensure stock arrangement and cleanliness.
Oversee monthly finished goods inventory by accounting reps from Head Office.
Control and organize finished goods storage and warehouse space.
Ensure accuracy of stock inventory and shipments.
Interact with customers for delivery requirements and concerns.

About the role

Oversee the day-to-day loading of finished goods for deliveries, transact deliveries through the SAP system, and input produced finished goods from production and recoveries from sorting into the SAP system. Advise warehouse checker on scheduled customer requirements and oversee forklift operators and warehouse checkers on their everyday duties and responsibilities. Oversee warehouse conditions through daily inspections, ensuring proper arrangement of stocks and cleanliness. Control and organize finished goods storage and warehouse space, and oversee monthly inventory of finished goods conducted by accounting representatives from Head Office. Ensure accuracy of stock inventory and shipments, interact with customers for delivery requirements and concerns, and maintain records and reports for proper documentation. Implement new methods, processes, and improvements for the betterment of the section and maintain high customer satisfaction levels through supplying their needs at the right time.
