Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. You will work with WMS/ERP systems, generate operational reports, and resolve discrepancies to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and carriers, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement in a safety-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Experience with warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP.
• Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare inventories, operational, and client reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clients, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to meet service levels.

Job Description

You are to coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transport-related activities while ensuring inventory accuracy, timely processing of inbound and outbound transactions, and compliance with client requirements and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory movements and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.
• Coordinate order fulfillment activities and ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Prepare operational, inventory, and client reports and investigate inventory and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service level requirements are achieved.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in 3PL, FMCG, retail, distribution, or warehousing operations is preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
