GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to plan, direct, and monitor all logistics programs and activities in our Cavite operations. You will oversee daily inventory, inbound/outbound deliveries, and loading to ensure timely customer shipments.

The role requires at least 4 years in logistics, strong planning and organizing skills, and advanced MS Excel proficiency. You will lead logistics staff, ensure safety compliance, and continuously improve processes.

Aufgaben

• Plans and directs logistics operations to meet business needs.
• Supervises logistics staff and daily activities in warehouse and distribution.
• Oversees inbound/outbound deliveries and loading activities for timely customer deliveries.
• Implements FIFO for inbound items to optimize planning and stock rotation.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and PPE is worn where required.
• Monitors loading/unloading to ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
• Provides performance feedback and conducts staff development within the department.

About the role

To plan, direct, implement, monitor, and control all programs and activities in logistics operations. The responsibilities include overseeing daily inventory, monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, and ensuring timely loading activity for customers' deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and develops objectives for logistics operational needs based on overall business direction and logistics requirements

• Supervises the work of logistics assistant, Material Handler and staffs under Logistics department

• Supervises all Logistics transactions which include receiving, delivery, sorting, loading, unloading, and ensuring compliance to established business processes on site

• Implements the use of FIFO principle on all inbound item in the warehouse for proper planning of items to deliver

• Ensures that all Logistics personnel are aware of the safety policies of the company

• Establishes monitoring system to properly monitor wearing of personnel protective equipment whenever necessary

• Regularly checks safe loading and unloading of stock / items ensuring compliance with safety procedures

• Ensures that all warehouse personnel are properly given orientation of potential health and safety hazards within the work premises

• Conducts periodic performance appraisal providing performance feedback to direct reports identifying employee strengths and areas to improve on

• Trains and guide staff under his/her department regarding best practices, policies, and processes
