Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee the outbound telesales specialists, driving new business for the United card portfolio. You will provide professional, solution-based guidance to support growth and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

You will lead, coach, and monitor performance, manage KPIs, and collaborate with the Telesales, Credit, and Customer Service teams to maximize sales outcomes while maintaining a hands-on approach to complement the team when needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Proven track record in inside sales, outbound telesales, or customer acquisition with team targets.
• Experience with QA processes including call monitoring or scoring.
• Excellent phone manner and written/verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of outbound sales specialists to ensure performance meets targets.
• Guide the team in making outbound calls to designated areas and capitalize on new-site openings.
• Ensure daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Handle escalations and provide guidance on difficult calls.
• Oversee CRM data entry and pipeline management.
• Conduct QA activities including call monitoring and scoring, and manage performance conversations.
• Collaborate with Telesales Manager, Credit Manager, and Customer Service Manager to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, making outbound calls when needed.
