Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and hit targets through a team in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Expert-level phone manner and negotiation skills to close complex prospects.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
• High attention to detail regarding sales metrics and CRM integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate a team of Outbound Telesales Specialists to achieve daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Oversee outbound sales efforts for specific geographic areas and industries, including new-site openings.
• Conduct regular call monitoring and coaching to refine pitch, handling objections, and active listening.
• Audit the CRM database to ensure leads are managed and the sales pipeline moves toward conversion.
• Partner with Credit, Customer Service, and Marketing Managers to streamline onboarding and reduce bottlenecks.
• Serve as primary contact for high-value prospects requiring senior intervention.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for leadership highlighting trends and opportunities.
