Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Outbound Telesales Team Lead to oversee a group of telesales specialists focused on acquiring new business for United Card portfolio. The role is onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City with shifting schedule and close collaboration with the Telesales, Credit, and Customer Service teams.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in sales, experience in outbound telesales or customer acquisition, is proficient in QA processes, and demonstrates excellent communication

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Background in inside/outbound sales or customer acquisition with target achievement.
• Direct experience with QA processes, including call monitoring or scoring.
• Exceptional phone manner, active listening, and precise written/verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and time management skills with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support outbound telesales specialists to meet and exceed targets.
• Guide the team in making outbound calls to designated areas and capitalize on new-site openings.
• Ensure the team consistently meets daily and monthly sales targets, KPIs and call objectives.
• Handle escalations and provide guidance on difficult calls.
• Log and manage all sales prospects accurately in the CRM database.
• Conduct QA tasks including call monitoring and scoring, and manage performance conversations.
• Collaborate with Telesales Manager, Credit Manager, and Customer Service Manager to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, including making outbound calls to supplement team efforts.
