Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Sales Team Lead to oversee Outbound Telesales Specialists, driving new business and managing the United Card portfolio. You will guide the team with professional, solution-based sales approaches and ensure CRM integrity.

Responsibilities include coaching, setting KPIs, managing targets, handling escalations, and collaborating with the Telesales, Credit, and Customer Service Managers to optimize results. Onsite role in Quezon City with shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in coaching and mentoring a sales team.
• Background in inside/outbound telesales or customer acquisition with target achievement.
• Direct QA experience including call monitoring or scoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of outbound sales specialists to meet KPIs and targets.
• Guide outbound calls to designated areas and capitalize on new-site openings.
• Ensure daily and monthly targets and outbound call objectives are met.
• Handle escalations and provide guidance on difficult calls.
• Oversee CRM pipeline and ensure accurate logging of prospects.
• Perform QA tasks including call monitoring and scoring; conduct performance conversations.
• Collaborate with Telesales, Credit, and Customer Service managers to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute hands-on by making outbound calls when needed.
