Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and telemarketing, with a record of closing deals.
• Proven ability in appointment setting and lead qualification.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication and confident phone presence.
• Ability to persuasively pitch, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and dialing software.

Responsibilities

• Call leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages.
• Qualify prospects by learning about their business needs and fit for our offer.
• Present and pitch packages with clarity and confidence, handling objections.
• Close sales with qualified prospects.
• Book appointments and follow-up calls with prospects who need more time to decide.
• Stay in steady contact with warm leads to move them through the pipeline.
• Pick new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM.
• Follow the scripts and sales training provided, and share feedback on what is working.
