Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing with a track record of closing deals.
• Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification.
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and calling/dialer software.
• Results-driven and resilient, staying motivated in the face of rejection.
• Responsible, sharp-eyed, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Call leads in our CRM and present our website design packages.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and how they fit our offer.
• Pitch our packages clearly and confidently, working through objections professionally.
• Close sales with qualified prospects.
• Book appointments and follow-up calls for prospects who need more time.
• Follow up steadily with warm leads to move them through the pipeline.
• Update call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
• Apply the scripts and sales training provided, and share what's working.
