Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a seasoned telesales leader to guide a team in a dynamic call center environment. The role focuses on prioritizing outbound sales, coaching managers, and driving targeted KPIs while ensuring seamless inbound/outbound operations for travel programs.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years BPO sales experience, 2–3 years in leadership, and strong skills in objection handling and performance analytics. Immediate start preferred for a fast-paced, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience required.
• 2–3 years managing leaders (Sr. Team Lead/Asst. Manager or equivalent) required.
• Strong background in Outbound Sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Experience driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of performance metrics, coaching, and action planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Dynamic and energetic during interviews; travel and hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Outbound Sales Representatives.
• Drive sales performance, conversion strategies, and objection handling.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement action plans.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
