Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring for a travel sales role in the Philippines. You will reach out to warm leads, promote cruise packages, and assist customers through booking and upgrades, delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in outbound sales, are High School graduates, and can work on-site. We offer a competitive PHP45K monthly pay plus incentives, with HMO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (BPO, Real Estate, Car sales).
• Amenable to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads via outbound calls to understand travel preferences.
• Promote cruise packages, itineraries, pricing and options.
• Assist customers in booking, reservations, upgrades and extras.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent service.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat bookings and retention.
