Job summary

Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation invites an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced BPO environment in Metro Manila. You will engage prospects, generate leads, conduct outbound and inbound calls, and work to exceed sales targets with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inside sales or telesales, strong English communication, and proven CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience.
• Strong BPO or call center background preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Experience with international/outbound campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries professionally and persuasively.
• Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and communicate features and value.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
