Job summary

AHM Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced Sales Account Coach to oversee the daily performance of an outbound sales team. This onsite role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to coach on lead qualification and performance management.

You will monitor KPIs, provide coaching feedback, and coordinate with operations and QA teams to ensure compliance and effective campaign execution. US business hours familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coach or similar leadership role in outbound sales
• Proven experience managing outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment-setting campaigns
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, coaching, and conversion improvement strategies
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Experience conducting call monitoring, coaching sessions, and performance improvement plans
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting tools
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including US business hours
• Familiarity with VICIdial or similar outbound dialing platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against KPIs and campaign targets
• Track key performance metrics including conversion rates, qualified leads, call volume, contact rates, and successful transfers
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call evaluations, and performance reviews
• Provide constructive feedback to improve sales techniques, objection handling, communication, and lead qualification skills
• Oversee daily outbound calling activities and ensure effective execution of campaign requirements
• Monitor lead management, call dispositions, and proper documentation of customer interactions
• Review recorded calls to evaluate agent performance, sales effectiveness, and adherence to campaign standards
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal policies, and applicable telemarketing regulations
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports, including sales results, productivity, and coaching activities
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, and Dialer Support teams to address operational concerns
