Job summary

Sphere Rocket VA US is seeking an experienced outbound sales team lead to drive multi-channel outreach to U.S. clients. The role focuses on coaching SDRs/BDRs, refining scripts, and optimizing KPI-driven performance within the CRM environment.

You will recruit and train future outbound reps, ensuring scalable processes and consistent pipeline growth for the core sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing SDRs, BDRs, appointment setters, or outbound sales reps.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience developing sales scripts and outbound sequences.
• Experience using dialers and outbound sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel follow-ups (phone, email, SMS) to prospective U.S. clients and executives.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule high-value appointments for the core sales team.
• Track call metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity within the CRM.
• Test, refine, and optimize outbound scripts, messaging sequences, and objection-handling frameworks.
• Document department processes, establish daily/weekly KPIs, and recommend performance improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and eventually manage future outbound representatives and appointment setters.
