Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years in BPO or sales.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to Canada-based customers.
• Promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
• Identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure quality interactions.
• Ensure compliance with scripts and process standards.
