Qualifications

• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years in BPO or sales is preferred.
• Graduate with strong communication skills required.
• Willing to work night shift (US–Canada aligned).

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue
