Qualifications

• Demonstrable outbound telesales or appointment-setting experience and target-driven
• Clear, fluent spoken English with professional telephone manner
• Reliable attendance and strong follow-up skills
• Able to read and follow terms, disclosures, and data-security rules

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calls) following a daily routine
• Review lead details and prepare information before calling
• Deliver a client-approved sales pitch and handle questions without pressuring
• Explain service, pricing and terms clearly, guiding payment for deposits
• Escalate issues to UK team when needed
• Follow data-protection and PCI DSS rules at all times
