Outsourced in the Philippines is hiring a B2B Sales and Appointment Setter to drive outbound prospecting for UK-based retail tools and hardware customers. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Metro Manila with reporting to the UK sales team and responsibilities spanning lead qualification and appointment setting.

You will follow scripts, manage CRM records, handle follow-ups by phone and email, and support promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency with strong listening and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Experience with UK- or Ireland-based B2B customers is preferred; exposure to hardware/retail distribution is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Teams or similar VoIP and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact prospective hardware and tool retailers to identify opportunities and book sales appointments.
• Follow up via phone and personalized email to maximize attendance and progress opportunities.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and escalate qualified opportunities to the UK sales team.
• Maintain CRM records with call notes, outcomes, and appointment details.
