Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Experience with UK or Ireland-based B2B customers preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Teams or similar VoIP and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective hardware retailers to identify opportunities, qualify interest, and book sales appointments for the UK sales team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls and personalized email communications.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminder calls to maximize attendance.
• Escalate qualified opportunities and complex inquiries to the appropriate UK sales representative.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and handle occasional overflow inbound inquiries.
