Outsourced Global Staff in the Philippines is seeking a proactive B2B Sales and Appointment Setter for a hybrid setup to support a UK-based hardware retailer. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book sales appointments for the UK team.

Daily tasks include follow-ups by phone and email, CRM note keeping, and coordinating with UK representatives. Strong English, 3–5 years’ outbound sales experience and familiarity with VoIP tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English required with ability to engage UK-based business customers.
• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Experience engaging UK- or Ireland-based B2B customers is strongly preferred; hardware/retail distribution exposure is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Teams or similar VoIP systems and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact prospective hardware and tool retailers to identify opportunities, qualify interest, and book sales appointments for the UK sales team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls and personalized email communications.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminder calls to maximize attendance.
• Escalate qualified opportunities and complex sales inquiries to the appropriate UK sales representative.
