Tavor Perry is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own a founder's LinkedIn presence and turn audience attention into conversations and qualified leads.

You will manage content, engage with a professional international audience, and assemble targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns. A data-driven approach and proactive ownership are essential for success in 2026.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation with real examples/results
• Excellent written English for crafting comments/messages to a professional, international audience
• Direct experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, or similar
• Experience building targeted prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026
• A proactive ownership mindset that notices opportunities and acts on them
• Focused, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule, post, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder's profile
• Carry out daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on posts from the target audience to increase profile visibility
• Assemble targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences through outreach campaigns
• Spot warm leads, such as people who engaged with the content, and follow up with personalized, non-spammy messages
• Monitor performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads, and share the results
• Recommend improvements to content and outreach grounded in what the data shows
• Make sure all outreach stays safe, personal, and on-brand
