Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and Bachelors Degree (Business Management, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, etc.) are welcome to apply
• Highly prefer minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
• Previous experience in a contact center with a sales role is preferred.
• Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and other IT-related solutions.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities and close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers through regular interactions.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with customers to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Product and Industry Knowledge: Provide product expertise and stay updated on trends to identify opportunities.
• Reports and Proposals: Prepare reports, forecasts, and client proposals and contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, marketing and other teams to align on initiatives and launches.
