Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking an Agency Officer to manage external Accredited Collection Agencies (ACA) handling collections for pre-write off accounts. You will endorse accounts to ACA per the Endorsement Matrix, ensure ACA compliance, and monitor KPIs for each ACA.

The role requires 1–4 years in collections, knowledge of BSP Circulars, and strong communication. You will conduct weekly meetings with ACA owners, supervise billing and payouts, and be willing to field-visit Alabang and

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Collections or Debt Recovery.
• Background in ACA management in Auto Loan products is preferred.
• Knowledge of BSP Circulars related to collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage endorsement of pre-write off accounts to ACAs per Endorsement Matrix.
• Propose enhancements to the Endorsement Matrix to improve KPIs.
• Ensure Admin Associates prepare Endorsement Lists on time and input ACA data.
• Monitor ACA performance against targets and suggest improvements.
• Conduct weekly ACA visits and meetings with owners, supervisors and collectors.
• Oversee billing and ensure agency payouts are completed.
