Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established service standards of CRM Collections.
• Manage the CRM Resolution team and coordinate with Collections and other groups to resolve issues within standards.
• Monitor compliance of in-house payment arrangements requested by cardholders.
• Review CRM Collections processes and propose changes to boost productivity and department performance.
• Conduct audits on CRM Collection resolutions and develop corrective and preventive actions.
