Job summary

Renren Giantly Philippines Inc is hiring a Business Development Representative for Trucker Path's load board app in Metro Manila. The role is quota-carrying and onsite, focused on outbound prospecting, broker engagement, and closing new business with industry stakeholders.

You will build a healthy pipeline with discovery calls and demos, collaborate with product and operations teams, and represent the company at events to grow broker adoption and load postings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, sales, or account exec in freight/logistics or related tech.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in outbound settings.
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation and closing skills with brokers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex products clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new broker leads via outbound calls and email.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline in CRM (HubSpot).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand broker needs and position load board solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management for smooth onboarding of broker accounts.
• Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and load posting metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events as needed.
