Responsibilities

• Book qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner.
• Use the supplied call scripts and objection-handling prompts consistently.
• Record call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules accurately in the lead platform.
• Work through assigned call lists efficiently while keeping up daily call volume.
• Manage high-volume outbound calling with an integrated dialer system.
• Relay prospect feedback and common objections to the team.
• Keep accurate records that support performance tracking and reporting.
