Tavor Perry is seeking a confident Appointment Setter to fuel our digital marketing services for local businesses. This role focuses on cold calling home service businesses, introducing our SEO solution, and booking qualified appointments for the team.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on the phone, handle objections professionally, and stay motivated to hit targets. You will work with a supplied lead database and scripts to maintain high calling volume and accurate records.

Qualifications

Proven background in cold calling and outbound appointment setting.
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong phone presence.
Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
At ease making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Experience working with CRMs or lead management platforms.
Experience using a cloud-based dialer system.
Able to work solo with steady, precise communication.
Strong ability to follow scripts and processes accurately.

Responsibilities

Cold call home service businesses from a lead database we supply.
Book qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner.
Use the provided call scripts and objection-handling prompts consistently.
Log call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules accurately in the lead platform.
Work through assigned call lists efficiently while keeping daily call volume up.
Manage high-volume outbound calling with an integrated dialer system.
Relay prospect feedback and common objections to the team.
Maintain accurate records that feed performance tracking and reporting.
