Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (calling, pipelines, logging outcomes).
• Strong spoken English and professional phone presence.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with business owners and decision makers.
• Resilience and stamina for high call volumes and frequent rejection.
• Precise, steady, and self-reliant.
• Strong communication and responsiveness, including regular check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Make 300 to 400 outbound cold calls daily to connect with prospects and create interest.
• Stick to the established call approach and scripts, drawing on lessons from recorded sales calls.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings directly in the calendar.
• Record every call outcome, note, and follow-up accurately in GoHighLevel.
• Manage lead lists and reconnect with prospects who need one more touchpoint.
• Keep the business owner informed on call activity, meetings booked, and prospect feedback.
• Report observations about objections and call performance to help lift results.
• Complete training with call recordings and respond quickly to coaching.
