Qualifications

• Experience in outbound US B2B cold calling or appointment setting.

• Comfortable with lead lists, dialers, or softphone systems.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls to US architecture, engineering, and construction firms, including data center, BIM, plant and process engineering, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and civil engineering companies
• Qualify prospects in real time to confirm fit, need, and decision‑making authority before booking
• Book qualified meetings for the internal team and confirm calendar details are correct
• Send professional follow‑up and confirmation emails from a company email account
• Work through client‑supplied lead lists in an orderly way and keep call outcomes current
• Review call recordings and scripts to polish your pitch, objection handling, and messaging
• Track daily call activity, conversations, and booked meetings against agreed targets
• Offer feedback on lead quality and script performance to improve conversion
