Responsibilities

• Make your way through a growing list of 500+ leads by phone to reach business owners and decision-makers.
• Present our services and secure qualified appointments that fill the calendar.
• Work past gatekeepers and reception to connect with the actual decision-maker.
• Circle back on leads captured by our AI receptionist and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Oversee the booking calendar and coordinate scheduling.
• Take care of light administrative tasks related to leads and appointments.
• Field inbound calls forwarded from the main business line when needed.
• Accurately record call outcomes, contact details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Maintain a professional, friendly phone manner that represents the business well.
